Strategies for regulating the emotional sphere of the personality in the context of digitalization

چکیده
The article is devoted to the study of ideas about forgiveness and readiness for it as an important part psycho-emotional life social realization a person. Individual forgiveness, portrait forgiving unforgiving person are presented. analysis results obtained according author's questionnaire "Readiness forgiveness" given. Three scales-components identified: 1) motivation, 2) understanding acceptance, 3) gratitude. relationship between characteristics emotional sphere described. Correction semantic strategies observed when process change.
